TAMM UX Lab
We designed and commissioned the UX lab for TAMM, Abu Dhabi’s unified government services platform. NIM Digital staffs and operates it, testing TAMM’s digital services with real users to find and fix pain points before they reach the public.

What types of research lab do you build?

What does a lab project include?
Five steps: design around your research question, integration of hardware, software and synchronisation, commissioning and sign-off on site, training until your team runs its first studies, and ongoing support.
Which labs have you delivered?
Labs we have delivered include the MOHAP UX lab for the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, the TAMM UX Lab in Abu Dhabi and a pod lab for KHDA in Dubai.
Can you train our team in Arabic?
Yes. We train in English and Arabic, from a first Tobii study to advanced analysis, with refresher courses as your team changes.
Can you run the lab for us while our team builds up?
Yes. We can run studies and operate the lab for you, then hand over in stages through co-working, mentoring and training programmes, so your team builds the capacity and capability to run it alone.
Can we rent equipment for a single study?
Yes. We offer short-term rentals of research-grade equipment for a study or pilot, delivered, configured and collected.
